(申城风景线)从小团体走向大社群 飞盘运动在沪“火出圈”中新网上海7月13日电 (缪璐 周杨)一个足球场或一块大草坪上，一块直径25厘米左右、重量不超过150g的飞盘，在运动爱好者们之间进行投掷和传递，他们眼神专注，嘴里不时发出“nice try”“nice catch”的喊声。

二 | 继滑雪、露营后，兼具团队竞技属性和社交属性的飞盘运动在沪上频频出圈。飞盘1948年发明于美国，上世纪70年代流行于欧美，2000年前后进入中国发展。    Vijay Varma has, over time, proved himself as an actor through his various roles. The actor is now all set to break through his negative on-screen image and step into the world of old-school romance as a lover boy in Manish Malhotra's Gustaakh Ishq.           Talking to IANS, Vijay spoke about consciously breaking his image as an antagonist and stepping into the world of love and romance. He said, “It was a break that I wanted from the negative parts because they tend to weigh down on you. I was constantly told by fans, ‘We hated you in that film; we hated you, but you are a brilliant actor.’" So I wanted to get rid of the word “hate" and call it something else. So be it IC-814 or Jaane Jaan or Murder Mubarak or anything else, I just wanted to take a break from that.”          Talking about Gustaakh Ishq, Vijay shared, “It is a sweet, romantic film. It has love, it has worship, it has sin. There are a lot of things in it that were there for me to explore as an actor.” He also elaborated on making a conscious shift from playing negative characters to soft and positive ones. He said, “Anything that you do new tends to take a bit of time to adjust to, and it can be difficult. I remember when I was in Pink, it was a very dangerously written scene and was a very gruesome scene in the car.”      He added, “Here, in Gustaakh Ishq, I would say that the challenge was to pull off such poetic dialogues and to stand in front of ‘THE’ Naseeruddin Shah, the legend, and to not shiver, yet manage to be believable, and to convey all the emotions correctly. It was a new challenge. Whenever you switch or change yourself, it can be a bit challenging. But it’s fun. And then you keep doing it for a while, and then you feel like doing something new. So my next step will be to try to go towards comedy.”Also Read: Vijay Varma Says He Threw Up During Darlings Screening and Feared It Would Hurt His Career。上海Yonseed飞盘俱乐部主理人Kuba有着十多年的飞盘经验，据其回忆，2010年时，国内还没有飞盘俱乐部，他费了很大劲才找到一个qq群，里面聚集的都是喜欢飞盘的在华外国人。

直到2020年，飞盘都还是一项十分小众的运动，周末如果想组一个局来推广飞盘，Kuba需要从很早就开始游说自己的朋友组建自己的小团体，但每次约活动时要凑够20个人依旧很困难。这样的情况从去年开始发生变化，MFSH TEAM社群主理人小天真实感受到了飞盘运动的火热。

四 | “去年7月份我刚玩的时候，在小红书上搜一些相关介绍和玩家体验的文章，才两到三篇，可是现在，随便一搜就有几万篇，可见飞盘运动的发展速度非常快。”小天告诉中新网记者。目前，小天所在的飞盘俱乐部成员已有2500人，出于场地及安全等考虑因素，多数活动人数会控制在20-30人左右，活动名额甚至会在5分钟内被预定完。“现在都不太需要努力去宣传飞盘是什么，已经有很多人带着好奇想主动参与，名额十分抢手。”小天说。据上海一家飞盘俱乐部负责人介绍，去年6月前上海社会面上的俱乐部有7、8家，6月之后更多出现的是飞盘社群，目前上海飞盘社群数量有30余家。从小团体到大社群，除了上海外，飞盘运动还在北京、南京、西安、厦门等城市风靡。飞盘运动为何如此“上头”？低门槛、强社交并且易出片成为飞盘运动飞速蹿红的主要原因。前中国飞盘国家队教练许庆表示，飞盘运动没有复杂的规则，而且禁止身体接触，让“男女混赛”成为一种可能，这样的规则也更要求公平、公正，同时在赛场上需要一定的自判自裁，可以让更多的不一样年龄层，不一样性别的人，大家可以在同一个场上来体验这项运动带来的快乐。小天认为，飞盘作为一项团队运动，可以给一些工作和压力大的年轻人带来集体荣誉感和成就感，“参加飞盘运动的时候，就是很单纯地去奔跑，去释放，去追逐，特别轻松愉悦，这也是它区别于篮球、足球等运动的地方。” 世界飞盘联合会曾在2020年东京奥运会与2024年巴黎奥运会申请入奥失败，目前正在申请飞盘成为2028年洛杉矶奥运会的正式比赛项目。2022年7月7日，国家体育总局社体中心发布关于举办2022-2023年中国飞盘联赛的相关通知。许庆认为，职业化联赛将成为进一步推广飞盘运动的重要因素之一，“成立联赛肯定是一件好事情。作为最早一批出国打过比赛，了解过国外俱乐部体制和标准飞盘运动的运动员，我们一直希望国内可以成立相应的联赛，因为只有联赛才可以把这项运动正式落实到更多中国运动爱好者中。
