This weekend is set to be a slow-building, deeply personal event. One that is very far away from the spectacle of stadium crowds. B | 那么这些装备究竟是防晒神器还是暗藏隐患呢？宁夏交警表示，“防晒四件套”暗藏不小的安全隐患。  飘逸宽松的长款防晒衣下摆、衣袖，很容易在骑行途中绞进电动车后轮、车轴，直接导致车轮卡死，让骑手瞬间失衡摔倒。同时，面罩、兜帽等装备还可能遮挡眼角余光、挤压两侧视线，还会导致转头卡顿，骑手在转弯、经过斑马线时，看不见侧面驶来的汽车、非机动车及行人等，极易引发交通事故。科普图片。（受访方提供）  厚底洞洞鞋鞋跟质地松软、整体鞋型宽大臃肿，鞋面没有包裹固定脚踝，骑行过程中鞋子极易发生滑脱、偏移。遇到紧急状况需要急刹时，厚鞋底缓冲强、脚底摩擦力不足，脚下容易打滑卡顿，刹车动作滞后会错失最佳避险时机，极易失衡摔倒。

D | 一旦出现急刹摔倒、车辆剐蹭等意外，头部缺少硬性保护层遭受撞击，极易引发颅脑损伤，一次疏忽便会造成无法逆转、终身遗憾的严重伤害。  不少电动车骑行人日常习惯佩戴各式各样的深色黑色遮阳墨镜用来抵挡强光，殊不知深色镜片会直接削减环境进光亮度，清晨黄昏、地下隧道、树荫背光路段、阴雨天气之下，路面辨识度大幅降低，很难及时留意路面坑洼、横穿行人与突发路况；宽大镜框会阻隔眼角两侧余光，压缩可视范围，催生视觉盲区，遇到路口非机动车窜出、路边行人横穿马路时，骑行人难以察觉侧边风险，错过避险时机。  宁夏交警建议可以选购透气款头盔，头盔内部搭配轻薄冰丝防晒面巾，兼顾防晒与安全，不要用兜帽、面罩代替头盔；优先选用短款、合身不飘摆的分体防晒外套；选择透气薄款脖套、墨镜防晒；不要佩戴带宽大帽檐、遮挡侧脸视线的头套；优先选择包裹牢固、鞋底防滑的运动鞋。（记者 杨稳玺）。
